Return Policy
At Elephoria, we are committed in ensuring a good experience for all our customers. A vital part of our eCommerce business is ensuring a hassle free experience in the event of any situation that qualifies for a return of the product shipped from Elephoria.com. To help our customers understand our return policy and be able to initiate the process, we have the following policy explained.
General Returns Policy
The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Elephoria.com.
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- A return request or refund request must be raised within 2 days of the package been delivered to the customer.
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned in the manufacturer’s box.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges free of cost. This means you wont be charged extra to exchange the product(s). It's on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.
Cancellation policy
Orders once placed cannot be canceled. If you have ordered the wrong size product by mistake, you can simply email us at care@elephoria.com to change it to the preferred size within 1 hour of placing your order and we will happily update it.
